💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex product projects for Theodo Apps, a specialized entity within Theodo group delivering multi-platform applications. Your role involves defining product strategy and orchestrating delivery across multiple squads to ensure value creation for clients like TF1+ and Carrefour. You'll also build long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive product strategy with clients.
• Coordinate multiple squads to deliver complex projects on time and budget.
• Set up optimal team structures and negotiate resources.
• Establish governance to align stakeholders and provide visibility.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree from a top school.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in product management.
• Strong interest in high-impact business products with tech affinity.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.

• Previous role as Head of Product.
