💼 About This Role

You'll work within the UX Design team to improve the usability and design of OneTrust's AI-Readiness Governance Platform. You'll create end-to-end UX deliverables and champion UX best practices across the organization. This role offers the chance to impact enterprise products used globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create information architecture, interface design, and prototypes
• Define and promote UX standards and best practices
• Analyze UX metrics from web data and customer feedback
• Monitor industry trends and serve as UX advocate

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of full product design lifecycle experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX work
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in enterprise product and web-based application design

• Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, or security domains
• Scrum certification
• Experience leading a team
