Description

You will lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting, serving as a strategic finance partner to corporate leaders and the VP of FP&A. This is a leadership-track role with a path to Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling expertise (3-statement models, scenario modeling, liquidity analysis)
• Strong experience leading enterprise budgeting and forecast governance processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong Power BI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Own and lead enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow planning
• Develop and maintain consolidated financial models for liquidity planning, capital allocation, and growth initiatives
• Lead monthly close-to-forecast analysis, executive variance reporting, and performance metric tracking
• Prepare and deliver executive and board-level financial reporting materials and narratives
• Institutionalize scenario modeling capabilities and support M&A modeling and post-acquisition tracking
