💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact in a Compass office, welcoming guests and maintaining a 5-star experience. You'll support customer adoption of Compass tools and provide basic marketing and administrative assistance. This role is fully onsite in Burlingame.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and manage office phone and mail.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology.
• Create marketing collateral from templates.
• Assist with office event organization and setup.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service, office management, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to work in-office during standard hours.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in real estate.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence.
