You'll lead the SME and growth team in Canada, driving acquisition, retention, and monetization for a unified payments platform. You'll build and scale the go-to-market strategy to exponentially grow the Canadian business, collaborating with commercial and product leaders. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and coach SMB and mid-market sales teams.
- Drive growth and scale the Canadian business exponentially.
- Collaborate on multi-channel customer acquisition strategies.
- Partner with marketing to execute effective acquisition campaigns.
📋 Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive GTM experience.
- 5+ years leading GTM teams of 10 or more.
- Proven scaling customer acquisition and revenue in B2B.
- Expertise in multi-channel customer acquisition strategies.
