💼 About This Role

You'll lead the SME and growth team in Canada, driving acquisition, retention, and monetization for a unified payments platform. You'll build and scale the go-to-market strategy to exponentially grow the Canadian business, collaborating with commercial and product leaders. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build, lead, and coach SMB and mid-market sales teams.
  • Drive growth and scale the Canadian business exponentially.
  • Collaborate on multi-channel customer acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with marketing to execute effective acquisition campaigns.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive GTM experience.
  • 5+ years leading GTM teams of 10 or more.
  • Proven scaling customer acquisition and revenue in B2B.
  • Expertise in multi-channel customer acquisition strategies.
