💼 About This Role

You'll own the technology backbone of our go-to-market engine, working at the intersection of Data & AI, Revenue, and Growth teams. Your core impact is evolving our stack from high-performing to best-in-class — more automated, easier to monitor, and tightly connected to our Data & AI platform. You'll build and lead a small engineering pod focused on revenue and marketing systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own GTM architecture end-to-end across Salesforce, Marketo, and connected tools.
• Design foundations for AI-powered growth with reliable event streams and APIs.
• Hire and lead a high-caliber engineering pod for revenue and marketing systems.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to turn strategies into scalable systems and data flows.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software and/or data engineering.
• 5+ years owning or building GTM, revenue, or marketing systems.
• Proven technical ownership across Salesforce, marketing automation, and data/analytics platforms.
• Strong system design skills and hands-on experience with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow engines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Prior work with AI/ML-driven GTM (e.g., AI agents for analytics, lead scoring).
• Experience standing up a new function or team from an early stage.
