Description

You will plan and schedule calibrations tasks on a biopharmaceutical client site, working closely with engineers and technicians to ensure all resources are in place. You'll manage schedule changes, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize calibration activities.

Requirements

• Level 7 or 8 Engineering qualification or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience with process equipment in biologics, pharma, chemical or food manufacturing desirable
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS system
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Execute planning and scheduling of calibrations tasks with a Right First Time mindset
• Work with engineers and technicians to ensure required tooling, spares and resources are in place
• Coordinate with manufacturing planners, supply chain, quality, projects and validation to develop schedules
• Analyze work order data and trends for planning, scheduling and execution improvements
• Manage schedule changes including service request follow-up and backlog management
