💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build high-impact user journeys and subscription funnels for a fast-growing running training platform acquired by Strava. You'll lead the technical strategy for experimentation across web and app and collaborate with product, design, and data teams to turn visitors into engaged subscribers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and ship high-impact user journeys and subscription funnels
• Lead technical strategy for experimentation across web and app
• Collaborate with product, design, and data to shape roadmap
• Own end-to-end features and drive technical direction of multi-milestone projects

📋 Requirements

• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience establishing patterns
• 3+ years experience with depth in at least one area of the stack
• Experience building user-facing product surfaces with focus on conversion
• Track record delivering large, complex projects end-to-end

• Mentoring and guiding other engineers
• Experience with continuous deployment and test automation
