💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical lead across security engineering, combining product security, AI security, and security architecture oversight. You'll shape how security engineering scales across the organization through tooling and partnerships. This role offers broad influence across security, engineering, and business technology teams in a Flexible First work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product security engineering including threat modeling and secure SDLC.
• Build and mature AI security program for genAI and ML capabilities.
• Provide security architecture oversight across infrastructure and enterprise security.
• Develop self-service security tooling and developer-facing guardrails.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of security engineering experience with domain breadth.
• Deep product security expertise including threat modeling and API security.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML security.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) and programming (Python, Java, Go).

✨ Nice to Have

• Financial services or fintech experience.
• Experience securing payment processing or card issuing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLM security like prompt injection mitigation.
