You'll also develop taxonomies and metadata frameworks to ensure content is discoverable and version-controlled.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize system information into logical learning pathways
• Develop taxonomies, content models, and metadata frameworks
• Create diagrams, workflows, and system overviews for training
• Support LMS content organization and discoverability

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in information architecture or related field
• Strong ability to organize and structure complex technical information
• Experience supporting instructional design projects or learning programs
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and performance-based training

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in DoD or defense-adjacent environments
• Background in UX, human factors, or systems engineering
• Experience with simulation-based or technical systems training
