๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with sales leadership to define enablement goals and roadmap
- Create and refine sales content like case studies and buyer personas
- Coach sales managers to facilitate post-call debriefs
- Track adoption and effectiveness using enablement dashboards
๐ Requirements
- Strategic planning experience with long-term business plans
- Enterprise sales experience with complex value-based sales
- Client-facing gravitas in sales or customer success roles
- Experience with sales enablement tools like Seismic or Mindtickle
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with learning tools like Camtasia or Captivate
- Facilitation skills for virtual and in-person workshops
- Executive presence and influencing abilities
