  • Partner with sales leadership to define enablement goals and roadmap
  • Create and refine sales content like case studies and buyer personas
  • Coach sales managers to facilitate post-call debriefs
  • Track adoption and effectiveness using enablement dashboards

  • Strategic planning experience with long-term business plans
  • Enterprise sales experience with complex value-based sales
  • Client-facing gravitas in sales or customer success roles
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Seismic or Mindtickle
