💼 About This Role

You'll lead the launch of a new Ohio data center for Vultr, a rapidly growing cloud infrastructure company. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure 24/7 reliability, and drive process improvements to make a meaningful impact on the company's cloud infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily data center operations and ensure 24/7 reliability
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, switches, and cabling
• Respond to alerts and service tickets for outages or degradation
• Create and maintain DCIM documentation and operational guidelines

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years experience managing tier 3 or tier 4 data centers
• Knowledge of power, cooling, and connectivity technologies
• Experience installing and troubleshooting network equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair server hardware issues
