🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor performance of local payment partners
• Attend alerts and communicate with providers
• Follow escalation policies and procedures
• Report incidents internally and externally

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Fluent English and Fluent Spanish
• SQL and data analysis tools (Kibana, Looker, Coralogix)
• Ability to remain calm during high-severity incidents
