You'll lead AI adoption strategy for the Sei Development Foundation, embedding AI into daily operations across all teams. You'll audit workflows, design prompts and automate processes to unlock measurable productivity gains within 90 days. This role offers the chance to build the AI playbook from scratch for a high-growth Web3 organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit current AI usage and operational workflows for high-leverage opportunities
• Design, test, and iterate on prompts and prompt chains for key business functions
• Implement AI-driven automation for recurring processes like reporting and meeting prep
• Train founders and teams on AI tools and build a living AI playbook

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with hands-on daily AI tool usage in real work
• Proven track record of implementing AI workflows in real organizations with measurable impact
• Strong prompt engineering skills across GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Background in operations, product, strategy, or engineering

• Engineering background or scripting proficiency (Python, JavaScript)
• Experience in crypto, Web3, or high-growth tech environments
