💼 About This Role

You'll manage global payroll operations and HR administration for Fresha's European and GCC entities. Your work ensures accurate payroll processing and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers exposure to international HR systems and process improvement projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage payroll and HR operations for European and GCC entities
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless stakeholder experience
  • Coordinate payroll with external providers and prepare salary calculations
  • Maintain HR system (HiBob) and oversee leave accruals and calculations

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of payroll, HR, or finance experience in an international environment
  • Polish payroll and labour law knowledge is a plus
  • Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • B2 English or higher

✨ Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in HiBob, Deel, or Sage
  • Experience with payroll across Poland, Eastern Europe, and GCC
