You'll lead a high-impact sales organization in a remote-first, fast-growing SaaS company. This is an executive opportunity to scale modern sales strategies and drive revenue growth across multiple product lines, including AI-powered solutions.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead and scale the Americas sales organization across multiple SaaS product lines
- Build and optimize outbound sales motion for new customer acquisition
- Develop strategic sales initiatives to improve velocity and pipeline conversion
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive growth
π Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech
- Experience scaling businesses at $300M+ ARR stages
- Expertise with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong
- Strong background in both inbound and outbound sales motions
