As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will act as the link between clients and expert knowledge, recruiting niche experts and managing client-expert communications across multiple projects. This communications-intense frontline role requires multitasking under tight deadlines and offers transferable commercial skills with a clear career path.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above)
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement
• Relevant internship experience
• Fluent English and Korean (C2 level required)

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts by phone who are relevant matches for client projects
• Understanding project market context and legal/regulatory environment
• Taking ownership of projects from initiating to managing client-expert communications and scheduling calls
