You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers driving faster time to value for federal and public sector customers. Your core impact is increasing renewal and growth rates for Okta's most strategic government accounts. This role stands out for its high visibility and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Sales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define strategy and execution plan for Federal and Public Sector Customer Success
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and renewals
  • Build high-impact relationships with key strategic government customers
  • Develop detailed customer lifecycle process flows for public sector procurement cycles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting within software/SaaS industry
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of Federal and Public Sector including FedRAMP
  • Proven ability to drive renewal rates above 94%

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with large-scale software deployments or identity management
  • Master's degree/MBA in a technical discipline
