Description

You will lead frontline teams in high-volume solar cell manufacturing to support SpaceX's orbital AI data centers. Drive yield, throughput, and cost improvements while implementing lean initiatives and fostering a safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma + 5 years manufacturing experience
• 1+ years supervisory or team lead experience
• Ability to travel internationally 20%
• Ability to stand up to 6 hours and lift 25 pounds
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Responsibilities

• Execute daily shift operations on high-volume solar cell production lines
• Monitor and improve yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost-per-watt
• Coach and develop production specialists in a 24/7 environment
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion safety culture, ergonomic practices, and regulatory compliance
