You will lead resource allocation for Boomi's Professional Services team across AMER and EMEA, ensuring the right talent is matched to projects. Collaborate with regional leaders to forecast staffing needs, track utilization, and improve processes. This role requires working within EST or CST business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience in resource management or project management
• Strong understanding of resource allocation techniques and tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with resource management software and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Align resource allocation with goals and maintain project visibility
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure timely deployment
• Track and report on resource utilization and productivity
• Develop and implement resource allocation strategies
• Serve as escalation point for delivery issues and manage project setup in Salesforce
