💼 About This Role

You'll co-lead global sourcing for indirect services like Professional Services, Facilities, and HR. You'll develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead complex negotiations, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality. This hybrid role offers impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Professional Services and HR categories
• Manage end-to-end sourcing projects including RFIs, RFPs, and market assessments
• Lead commercial term negotiations for Statements of Work and Order Forms
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and track KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience in indirect/services categories
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiations and manage RFPs
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certifications like CSCP, CPSM, or CPIM
• Experience with analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with Coupa, Workday/ScoutRFP
