  • Serve as primary relationship owner, building strong connections with key stakeholders.

  • Monitor healthcare and pharmacy industry trends to inform account strategy.

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy, health plan, managed care, or PBM environments.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit administration including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial markets.
  • Proven experience managing complex client relationships and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing contracts, renewals, and performance metrics.
