You'll launch a crypto-native payments business built on Bitcoin infrastructure, transforming protocol capabilities into real-world payment products. You'll define the roadmap, validate market opportunities, and build the first product squad from scratch. This high-autonomy role operates at startup speed with strong technical backing and institutional support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product roadmap across payments verticals
• Lead customer discovery and pilot programs
• Build and lead a product and engineering squad
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in payments, fintech, or crypto
• Proven track record building crypto payment products in production
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin and EVM-based ecosystems
• Experience in product strategy and building commercial partnerships

• Familiarity with programmable money or agentic payments
• Experience in 0→1 or early-stage environments
