💼 About This Role
You'll be the front line for our highest-value customers, delivering fast and reliable technical support on the Replit platform. You'll handle complex product issues and guide customers through critical incidents with calm, confident communication. You'll help shape how Premium Support adapts to new products and AI-assisted workflows.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to Premium customer requests within strict SLAs
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
- Escalate high-impact issues and lead incident communications
- Contribute to support tooling, automation, and documentation
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in technical support or systems engineering
- Experience with JavaScript or Python debugging
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Linear, and Slack
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority issues
✨ Nice to Have
- Has used Replit in the last 3-6 months
- Experience with IDEs or developer tools
- Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
