• Audit completed funding requests and unallocated transactions
• Perform daily Payment Operations reconciliation across markets
• Monitor automated funding channels and escalate anomalies
• Support root cause analysis of agent errors

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in FinTech, Banking, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting preferred
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume operational environment

• Basic SQL knowledge for data querying
• Previous experience in FinTech or Payment Gateways
• Familiarity with automated operational scripts or monitoring tools
