Description

You will own a revenue target and manage 5-10 high-priority partners, acting as their General Manager. You'll drive renewals, upsells, and strategic growth while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure partners leverage Check's full value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech or payroll a plus
  • Post-sales partner/account management or existing account growth experience
  • Demonstrated success owning a revenue number in post-sales context
  • Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about improving partner workflows

Responsibilities

  • Execute all phases of the post-sales partner lifecycle, including renewal negotiations and account management
  • Build deep relationships by understanding partners' business goals and objectives
  • Consult on partners' payroll business, identify blockers, and create strategic execution plans
  • Define mutual success KPIs aligned with revenue and growth goals
  • Develop and maintain communication cadence with partner portfolio
