  • Support Workday administration, troubleshooting, and data integrity
  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions like compensation and promotions
  • Design dashboards and provide reporting on turnover and headcount
  • Administer global health and wellness programs and benefits

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in HR/Benefits Operations
  • Experience with Workday and other HR systems
  • In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Proven analytical skills using HRIS for reporting

  • Experience with absence management software and ticketing tools
  • Ability to manage global projects and initiatives
