- Support Workday administration, troubleshooting, and data integrity
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions like compensation and promotions
- Design dashboards and provide reporting on turnover and headcount
- Administer global health and wellness programs and benefits
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in HR/Benefits Operations
- Experience with Workday and other HR systems
- In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws
- Proven analytical skills using HRIS for reporting
