💼 About This Role

You'll own the quality strategy and execution for Acorns' core Banking products, including high-interest checking and savings, within a Scrum-based Agile environment. You'll drive automated testing and leverage AI-first acceleration to improve efficiency and reduce risk. This remote-first role offers the chance to mentor other QAEs and shape the quality culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain automated test suites for Banking services
• Design and execute test plans for complex financial features
• Integrate AI tools for test generation and anomaly detection
• Partner with product and data teams for comprehensive testing

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of software testing experience
• 2+ years in Banking or Fintech domain
• Proficiency in TypeScript and GraphQL for API testing
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Harness, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, or Buildkite)

✨ Nice to Have

• ISTQB or other certification
• Web testing with Cypress
• Experience with PNPM, TestRails, Docker/containerization, or Crypto/blockchain
