🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions on leadership and career growth
• Apply structured coaching methodologies to navigate career challenges
• Engage in continuous coach development through training programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with members between sessions

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years as General Counsel or senior legal executive in tech
• Proven leadership managing legal teams in fast-paced organizations
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust-based relationships
• Commitment of 3-5 hours per week for 24+ months
