You'll coach school leaders to improve instructional practice and ensure fidelity of STEM program implementation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive regional STEM academic outcomes and equity metrics
• Coach school leaders and instructional leaders in STEM instruction
• Ensure strong implementation of STEM curriculum and programs
• Analyze data to identify trends and support targeted instruction

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in instructional leadership
• At least 3 years of lead teaching experience in K-5 Math or Science
• At least 1 year of coaching and leading adults in a school role

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing high-quality STEM instructional programs
• Master's degree in Education or related field
