💼 About This Role

You'll build and own an AI-native go-to-market engine, starting with HubSpot and extending across automation, enrichment, and AI tooling. You'll move fast to automate workflows and improve data flows that directly support revenue teams. This is a builder role where you'll ship improvements quickly and take full ownership of outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own HubSpot pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting.
• Design event-based automation and enrichment workflows.
• Own data flow and synchronisation across the GTM stack.
• Identify and fix GTM friction points without waiting for perfect requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar.
• Hands-on with HubSpot or another CRM.
• Experience wiring systems using APIs, webhooks, or no/low-code tools.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enrichment or outbound tools (Clay, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
• Comfort with CSVs, basic scripting, or data transformations.
• Interest in AI-driven workflows and automation.
