📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Deep understanding of recruiting roles and landscape.
• Excellent communication skills to engage candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
