💼 About This Role

You'll lead Google CCAI solutions for large contact centers, designing and implementing AI self-service applications. You'll serve as a project lead, collaborating with clients to define technical designs and ensure successful delivery. This role offers involvement in the full project lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead voice and digital AI self-service solutions for multi-location contact centers
• Design, develop, and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI
• Interface with clients to define solution requirements and technical design
• Integrate backend systems using web services, databases, and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of architecture and design experience
• 4+ years with Google Dialogflow ES/CX
• 2+ years with Google CCAI or similar conversational AI platforms
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML, SQL and Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Google Certification or badge completion
• Staff management experience 1-2 years
• Cisco CVP, WebexCCE/CC, UJet design experience
