💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for small and growing companies with 10–49 employees, driving revenue in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your core impact will be converting qualified leads into delighted customers within a ~30-day cycle. You'll collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve the sales process using data and feedback.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own sales cycle from first contact to closed deal within ~30 days
- Manage high volume of opportunities through semi-automated process
- Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Prioritize deals likely to close and bring long-term value
📋 Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience ideally B2B SaaS
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Detail-oriented with process optimization interest

- Experience in HR tech or organizational development
- Additional Central European languages
- Consulting background
