You will lead platform engineering teams to develop a cutting-edge cross-border payment system, modernize infrastructure, and influence strategic decisions. You will mentor managers and engineers, collaborate with product and operations teams, and foster a culture of innovation and agile development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading large development groups
• 10+ years as developer with full-stack experience (C#, .NET, Java)
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Queues, and Microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system development

Responsibilities

• Build and lead teams to develop cross-border payment system and modernize infrastructure
• Influence strategy and decision-making as part of management team
• Mentor and grow managers and engineers while scaling the organization
• Collaborate with Product, SRE, DevOps, Data, Operations and other R&D teams
• Design robust technical solutions and define technical direction and quality standards
