Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in product management or software engineering
• Technical background (CS, Engineering) or equivalent
• Customer-obsessed with understanding of AI value drivers
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Fluent in English and German; based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration
• Solve complex AI problems for high-stakes enterprise workflows
• Engage strategic customers to gather feedback and build trust
• Collaborate on product roadmap and feature prioritization
• Apply hands-on AI techniques like prompt engineering and evaluations
