You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio, driving expansion and retention in a rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll shape playbooks and processes as part of an Account Management transformation, operating with full ownership and quota discipline.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own NRR for your book of business, delivering on expansion, renewal, and retention targets.
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain a 3โ4x coverage expansion pipeline.
- Manage renewals, mitigate churn risk, and execute recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Customer Success or Sales.
- Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities independently.
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools.
