You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio, driving expansion and retention in a rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll shape playbooks and processes as part of an Account Management transformation, operating with full ownership and quota discipline.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own NRR for your book of business, delivering on expansion, renewal, and retention targets.
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a 3โ€“4x coverage expansion pipeline.
  • Manage renewals, mitigate churn risk, and execute recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Customer Success or Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities independently.
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools.

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
  • Experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics technology.
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows.
