You'll lead 2-3 high-value enterprise accounts ($10-20M revenue) as a senior strategic leader serving as a trusted consulting partner to client executives. You'll ensure all programs, governance, and delivery align with long-term business goals while driving retention, expansion, and strategic impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as executive-level point of contact for enterprise customers
- Lead cross-brand coordination and governance rituals
- Monitor delivery performance and timeliness of initiatives
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and executive performance readouts
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise account management or client success
- Proven experience owning enterprise customer relationships with $20M+ revenue
- Experience leading strategy with pharma clients
- Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders
