You'll lead 2-3 high-value enterprise accounts ($10-20M revenue) as a senior strategic leader serving as a trusted consulting partner to client executives. You'll ensure all programs, governance, and delivery align with long-term business goals while driving retention, expansion, and strategic impact.

  • Serve as executive-level point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Lead cross-brand coordination and governance rituals
  • Monitor delivery performance and timeliness of initiatives
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and executive performance readouts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise account management or client success
  • Proven experience owning enterprise customer relationships with $20M+ revenue
  • Experience leading strategy with pharma clients
  • Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders
