💼 About This Role

You'll be the voice of mx51's products to bank and acquirer tenants, sitting at the intersection of Product, Delivery, and Customer Success. You'll shape the roadmap by translating tenant needs into clear requirements and keep tenants informed and enabled through documentation and release communications. This is a run role, not a build role, where you'll deepen platform utilisation and influence product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage tenant relationships as primary product point of contact.
• Gather and document product requirements from tenant engagements.
• Own tenant-facing documentation and release notes.
• Support pre-sales activities and tenant onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• Product Management or Technical Account Management experience in B2B SaaS or payments.
• Solid understanding of payments landscape including acquiring, EFTPOS, and payment flows.
• Proven ability to gather, structure, and communicate requirements from client engagements.
• Agile experience with Jira proficiency (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
