You'll lead a distributed team of 3 SRE engineers as part of the Global SRE group, driving incident response and post-mortem processes. You'll build and improve internal tools and automation software to make production services safer. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3 SRE engineers, reporting to Director of SRE
• Drive incident response and post-mortem processes
• Design and improve internal tools and automation software
• Implement reliability practices like SLOs, failure analysis, and capacity planning

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development or DevOps
• 3+ years leading software development or DevOps teams
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) at infrastructure level

✨ Nice to Have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with large-scale, high-traffic platforms
• Distributed monitoring with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus
• Scripting languages: bash, PowerShell, Python
