💼 About This Role

You'll become an expert in Anrok's registrations and license renewals process, engaging with state and local jurisdictions. You'll analyze current processes to identify areas for streamlining and automation, partnering with Tax, Engineering, and Product teams. This role offers the equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete sales tax registrations and licensing on behalf of customers.
• Analyze current processes and implement improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Triage and respond to customer inquiries about registrations and tax returns.
• Support performance analysis and roadmap for ad hoc tax projects.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations.
• Experience with government and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
