💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building Dandy's next-generation 3D design application for implant restorations. You'll drive technical direction and delivery of a high-impact product team. This role manages distributed engineers and partners with product and stakeholders to ship reliable, scalable tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAD/3D engineers
• Own day-to-day execution across core CAD initiatives
• Drive system architecture and technical strategy for 3D implant design
• Maintain stakeholder alignment with product and CAD teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing high performing software teams
• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping user-facing apps
• Knowledge of object oriented design principles
• Experience with cross platform code (web, server, desktop)

• Full Stack JavaScript/TypeScript
• 3D / Dental experience
