You'll own and shape key experiences across our XR headset and web platform, creating tools for high-pressure construction environments. Your work will directly impact cost and delivery by turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences. You'll lead design from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Hardware teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences across XR headset and web platform
• Lead design of complex features from discovery through delivery
• Translate complex construction workflows into intuitive tools
• Contribute to and evolve a cross-platform design system

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work
• Excellent UI and interaction design skills
• Experience with multi-device products and design systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in XR / AR / spatial design
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy products
• Familiarity with construction, BIM, or CAD tools
