💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Private Equity and Venture Capital Tax team with fund and investment-level tax matters, including compliance, planning, and process automation. You'll gain exposure to partnership taxation and investment fund structuring in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with tax compliance for operating companies, family partnerships, and funds
• Review tax returns, extensions, and investor Schedule K-1s
• Prepare and review automated tax workpapers
• Support tax research and ad-hoc consulting on fund structuring

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in U.S. taxation
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA license or concrete roadmap to obtain
• Experience with partnership tax concepts and tiered structures
