💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of 5–10 strategic accounts for a visual AI loss prevention company serving over 15,000 retail markets. Your core impact is driving net revenue retention and expansion through measurable ROI. This role is fully remote and offers a path to directly shape the future of retail security with Fortune 500 clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own renewal and expansion targets across enterprise portfolio
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to C-level stakeholders
  • Translate product usage into business impact metrics
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to remove blockers

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Direct ownership of renewal and/or expansion targets
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise SaaS accounts
  • Demonstrated history of achieving Net Revenue Retention targets

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail tech or loss prevention
  • Familiarity with CRM and BI tools
  • Comfortable traveling up to 25% for client visits
