Description

You'll own end-to-end analytics for SoFi's commercial lending portfolio, translating performance insights into improvements in credit strategy, risk management, and profitability. You'll build scalable reporting, monitor portfolio health, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, performance optimization)
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, data manipulation)
• Experience with portfolio performance analytics in commercial lending
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Credit, Risk, Product, Finance, and Operations
• Strong data integrity and governance skills

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs for credit risk, growth, and profitability across the commercial lending portfolio
• Perform cohort/vintage and segmentation analysis across borrower attributes
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting
• Monitor portfolio concentrations and develop early warning indicators
• Analyze credit policy performance and underwriting decisions to optimize risk-adjusted returns
