💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to customers
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and time management skills
