💼 About This Role

You'll support partnerships and events operations for Chief, a private network for senior women executives. You'll ensure seamless event execution and maintain organized internal systems. This role offers exposure to high-impact programming and brand collaborations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day admin and operations for Partnerships & Events team.
  • Organize and maintain partnership decks, sponsorship materials, and recaps.
  • Track timelines and ensure deliverables are accurate and on schedule.
  • Maintain partner pipeline, CRM systems, and master calendars.

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in partnerships, events, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with multiple timelines.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to catch errors.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, or Zoom.
  • Passion for brands, culture, and community-driven experiences.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings.
