💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Field Security team at Collibra, acting as a strategic bridge between field teams and customers to ensure customer trust and business value. You'll consult with strategically important customers on critical security issues and collaborate internally to structure security initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise sales teams on cybersecurity and customer engagement
• Articulate Collibra's security narrative to external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to define security objectives
• Manage complex project plans for critical security outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years professional experience in information security or field security
• Proven track record consulting with senior leadership and enterprise customers
• Experience in security audits, due diligence, and vendor management
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)

• Experience with Kubernetes and vulnerability management
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, Engineering
