Description

Drive strategic growth of environmental services in the Chicago metro area as a senior technical advisor and seller-doer. You will expand Apex's client base, lead business development, and provide subject matter expertise on complex environmental projects.

Requirements

• 15+ years of environmental consulting or industry experience with progressive responsibility
• 7+ years of demonstrated success in business development
• Established client relationships and active network in the region
• Strong technical background in Environmental Compliance, Site Investigation/Remediation, etc.
• Deep understanding of regional regulatory and business environment

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve strategic growth of environmental services in designated market
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead sales meetings
• Maintain and expand long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Provide subject matter expertise, lead QA/QC, and mentor project teams
• Manage project performance with focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction
